Valley Stone is the absolute best!!!! Beautiful product, spectacular customer service! I was in a bind when we found Valleystone; we needed our fireplace pronto as our architects fireplace production guy shut down his shop mid construction ; Valley Stone made it happen ASAP! And Valley Stone’s fireplace was much more striking than what we’d previously ordered. The great customer service doesn’t stop there. The city where we live is about six hours from Valley Stone and the fireplace had been shipped freight to us so Valley Stone did not do the installation. Due to the distance, My tile guy installed the fireplace and made a mistake in installation. I contacted Chris with Valley Stone and he took care of everything by shipping two new pieces to correct the mistake my installer had made! I cannot say enough about this company!! Use them, use them, use them! Wonderful product, wonderful service, wonderful people!!
